Welcome to the Château de Sauveboeuf !

The Château de Sauveboeuf is situated north of Aubas, a town located near the Vézère river in the Dordogne region. This beautiful private 17th century castle became a Monument historique in 1987. The castle built on a cliff offers a view on the walls and roofings. The visit of the gardens and the main building – the “corps de logis” – surrounded by smaller wings allows one to feel the authenticity of the Château de Sauveboeuf.

Deep within the Perigord Noir, in the Vézère Valley –famous for its pre-historic sites –come and enjoy this peaceful haven surrounded by an extraordinary environment. The Château de Sauveboeuf welcomes visits of the castle and the grounds, organization of private parties or professional meetings, and the possibility to stay overnight.
